Forming in 2004, Recon was an attempt to write heavier music than was being played in the Albany, NY hardcore scene. Quickly RECON began playing weekends and sparatic week long tours on the East Coast. Now with there debut CD/EP "Graves" under their belt and a long time needed solid line up, Recon has stayed on the road since. Touring across the US as support to such acts as Emmure, Winds Of Plague, Palehorse and Thick As Blood, Recon has made a name for themselves in the growing metal influenced hardcore scene. We are proud to have brought you the debut from these current Rise Records recording artists.
