Closed Casket Activities Signs Surrounded By Teeth

So much to cover over the passed months that I am just going to jump into it...

We have officially signed upstate, NY's own Surrounded By Teeth. I am real excited about this addition to the Closed Casket roster and feel they will bring a whole new feel to my current line up with there early norma jean/coalesce influenced metalcore. There up coming debut CD/EP, entitled "Animals", has already been recorded and produced by Andrew Duggan of End Of A Year (Deathwish Inc.) and will feature artwork by Ryan Patterson (Auxillary/Coliseum). Presales are up NOW at AllInMerch.com. This release will be available everywhere in October.

Cockpunch!, although inactive tour wise, has been making a name for themselves receiving reviews in both Decibel and Outburn magazines as well as an interview in Unrestrained magazine. There full length debut, "Attack", is now available on limited color vinyl. Only 500 copies were pressed and less than half of the remaining color is available. These records are going quick so be sure to pick it up while you still can. Details on new Cockpunch! material real soon.

Another Victim Discography & Split 7"

The Another Victim discography, "A Bitter End", is in its finally in its final stages and will be available in the next month or two. This 37 track discography is well worth the wait and you will not be disappointed. We have a surprise addition to this release that will be announced shortly. We now have official Another Vicitm merch on our webstore here.

In other new release news we are proud to announce the release of an upcoming spilt 7" for End Of A Year and Suzy Wong. This release is a bit off color in comparison to our past releases but breaking boundaries is what makes hardcore labels. End Of A Year plays "DC influenced hardcore" in the vain of bands like Rites Of Spring and Embrace. EOAY has released a full length with Revelation Records, entitled "Sincerely", and has there Deathwish Inc. 7" debut slated for this fall. Suzy Wong is a punk band with a rock/crust feel to it. This female fronted group will be sure to set this split apart from other recent EOAY split releases. Be on the look out for this one by the end of the year.

There is definitely a lot of new stuff in the works as we speak including vinyl and repressings of now out of print, and in my opinion classic, hardcore records. Be on the lookout!

needs as well as MP3s and web banners.

Another Victim Discography

I am extremely proud to announce we will be releasing the COMPLETE discography from Another Victim, tentatively named "A Bitter End". This release will include every recorded track the band ever released, including demos, releases, unreleased material and possibly some live stuff as well. Another Victim released material with Equal Vision Records, Trustkill and Stillborn. Members went on to form/play with acts such as The Promise, Terror, Santa Sangre, Path Of Resistance, One King Down, Ragmen as well as Closed Casket Activities recording artists Unholy and When Tigers Fight! Needless to say this release is going to be a must have in 2008 and we could not be more happy to be releasing it. Exclusive Another Victim shirts and sweatshirts will be up soon so be sure to check back!

Meltdown & Unholy Updates

Meltdown has been making a name for themselves in 2007 touring the US and Europe nonstop. There already classic release, "Demolition", has officially sold through its first pressing on 7" vinyl. We have the second pressing available now on three all new colors. All colors are limited and available though e-store along with exclusive Meltdown shirts.

Unholy has made its sophomore release with us with a 12" vinyl version of there recent full length "Blood of The Medusa". This twelve-song release is packaged in a beautiful gatefold packaging featuring exclusive art from Horror legend Hector Omar Ortiz Silva and is available on three different elaborate colored vinyl records. Unholy has recently finished a full US tour with Death Before Dishonor and Damnation AD and has much more planned for 2008 including Europe and possibly Japan. Keep an eye open for much more from this up and coming band.

Unholy Follow-Up Release

Unholy will also being making there second CCA release with the vinyl version of there upcoming follow-up full-length to "Awaken The Sleep", a CD/EP we released over the summer of 07.

Unholy have signed with Lambgoat Records for the anticipated follow-up and we couldn't be happier for them and all they have ahead of them. Be on the look out for this CD/LP release this April/May.

Closed Casket Activities Signs For The Fallen Dreams

Closed Casket Activities would like to welcome Saginaw, MI's own For The Fallen Dreams to the roster. After a few weeks of talking with these guys we both felt that the band and label were fitting for each other in what we both respectivly intend to pursue.

For The Fallen Dreams' still untitled 5 song CD/EP debut will be released this Febuary while the band is on tour with Emmure (Victory Records) and My Bitter End (Uprising Records) followed by a March tour with Suffocate Faster (x1981x) and CDC. Be sure to also check them out this January on select dates with Cassius (LifeForce).
